New in 2011, this gently lived in, unit is carpet free accept for stairs to the second floor, vinyl plank on second floor, 13" tile throughout the first floor, ceiling fans/lighting throughout unit. Galley kitchen w/stainless appliances, light maple cabinets & granite countertops. The breakfast bar opens into the spacious dining room. Perfect view of lake and lighted fountain from slider and lanai wicker chairs with sunbrella fabric to sit and watch the sunset, with a spacious storage closet with beach/fishing gear. Expansive loft with convertible futon to bed, master on-suite with queen platform bed and posturepedic mattress, second bedroom with daybed and trundle, laundry room, spacious second bedroom. Fans throughout, with 2" white wood blinds on all windows and window treatments. Very walkable location to various bars/restaurants and nightlife, CVS/Walgreens, Publix, NCH Hospital and upscale Founders Square within walking distance. Living room with sleeper sofa and very. Under 15 min to Barefoot Beach, Wiggins Pass Beach and Vanderbilt Beach, 10 min to I-75, unit is well maintained and managed locally.
