Stunning South facing property on the edge of a 36 acre lake.

Crown Pointe is a wonderful community with clubhouse that features a well-equipped gym with sauna, community pool (fitness classes are offered), three tennis & pickleball courts and events etc, all only 50 metres from its front door.

You can fish from dock at the top of the lake, or cycle along the many cycle paths in the local area.

The property has the added benefit of being only 8 minutes’ drive to 5th Avenue where there are numerous fantastic restaurants and 12 minutes to the beach.

Rental includes use of 2 bikes, beach chairs & cooler.

Sorry, no pets allowed or smoking inside the property.
The condo is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms.
