This beautiful 2 Bed + Den, 2 Bath, second floor, Garden Home with Lanai and 1 Car Garage is perfect for your Naples vacation. There is a spacious living area including a fully applianced eat-in kitchen and large open living room with dining area. Master bedroom with golf course views and luxury bath. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The den and living room include sleeper sofas for additional guests. Large, screened lanai with stunning view of the golf course. Bikes, beach chairs/accessories, and beach towels are all included. Short 15-minute drive to the gulf beaches and Downtown Naples which makes it easy for you to see the best of what Naples has to offer. Located in the gated, golf community of Forest Glen, this community includes a state-of-the-art fitness center, fine dining, tennis courts, pickleball, bocce courts and community swimming pools. There is a paved walking path which is located throughout the nature preserve for biking, jogging or simply strolling through the community. Forest Glen has an amazing 18-hole course featuring 6, 820 yards of Championship Golf. Rent includes Golf or Social membership with One time Golf Membership transfer fee of $400.00 or one time Social Membership available upon request. Minimal rental period of 1 month or more.
