Short walk to 5th Avenue shops and restaurants and bike to the beach.
Application Fee of $100 and approval by HOA is required prior to lease acceptance. Minimum 30 day rental. Seasonal rate January 1st - April 30th is $6500/month. Off season May - September is $4,500/month.
