Nice condo. Nice to have beach chairs and beach bags to use. Beautiful heated pools and hot tubs. Close to beautiful beaches with a car. The Sand Bar (Food & Entertainment) within close waking distance. This is on the 5th floor with the elevator on the opposite side of the building. We always did the steps (in our mid 60's). Definitely would rent again!

Good location near the water and community.

It is a nice facility, but since it has a new owner, they were not completely ready to rent, but did. The locks did not work properly, they were changed the day after we arrived, and we were compensated for our inconvenience of not being able to leave the facility due to the lock issue. The bathroom window doesn’t lock. Paul was very responsive.

Everything was great! My only suggestion would be new beds. The current beds are pretty worn and uncomfortable. The condo was clean and had all the essential for a wonderful vacation!
