Decompress and enjoy the low volume of tourists, beautiful weather, and quieter beaches just 12 minutes away. Dine at fine restaurants and shop 5th Ave in down-town Naples. Countryside Golf and Country Club offers activities such as tennis, bocce ball, pickle ball, mahjong and much more. New club house and great food. This first-floor condo has a beautiful golf course view, (1) king bed, (1) set of twin beds, 2 full bathrooms (Master has walk-in shower, guest bathroom has shower with tub. Condo comes with essential amenities such as WiFi, cable tv, washer and dryer, AC and much more. Condo is a social membership (golf not included but is available through our clubhouse). Transfer fee and HOA application fee are paid separately.
Non-smoking, No pets due to owners' allergies. Adults 40 yrs and older.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The condo was clean, well maintained and with all essential amenities. It is located on the ground floor which is very convenient. There were many activities, including a pool, located very close by. The host explained everything thoroughly.
