Spacious two story 4 bed/2.5 bath private home with beautiful pool in an EXCELLENT LOCATION. Ride the provided bikes to the beach, hit the incredible restaurants or shopping less than a mile away. Tasteful decor, fully stocked kitchen, beach necessities provided. Ask us about the Golf Cart service to the beach! We currently host 11 properties in this area.

This beautifully decorated 4-bedroom 2.5 bath has been completely remodeled with all new furnishings. You will effortlessly settle in to this spacious home as you unwind and relax in your private vacation paradise.

This is a two-story home with living area on the first level and sleeping accommodations upstairs.
The curb appeal beckons you to enter through the front door where you’ll find a lovely living area with bright and airy furnishings. The queen size sofa sleeper has an upgraded memory foam mattress and trampoline support system for a night of restful sleep. A dining area with seating for six awaits meal time and conversation.
There is a half bath on this level. WIFI is available for those needing a quiet space.

The kitchen is large and well-appointed featuring granite counters, stainless appliances, and everything you need to prepare and serve a home cooked meal. A breakfast bar with two stools is a great place to converse with the cook or grab a bite to eat.

Relax in the comfy family room and watch a movie or your favorite show on the 54” flat screen smart TV. This area is open to the kitchen and overlooks the sparkling heated pool and private outdoor living space. Glass doors open to the covered patio where you’ll find a round table that seats eight.

The south facing heated pool lets you enjoy the warm Florida sunshine all day long. Comfortable seating and lounge chairs invite you to spend time outdoors.

After a day soaking up the sunshine, you’ll venture up the stairs for a night of slumber. The first bedroom features a queen size bed with upgraded mattress and luxury bedding. You have a dresser and large closet for your personal belongings. The second bedroom two has two twin beds, a dresser, and large closet. It is tastefully decorated for either adults or children. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a deep luxury mattress, high end linens and large closet. These bedrooms share a bath with a roomy walk in shower and separate sink area.

A king size bedroom is decorated in the Naples coastal style. Roomy, bright and private, this room is separated from the other bedrooms by a hallway and large closet. There is a 40” flat screen smart TV, for your late-night viewing. Granite counters and a walk in shower complete the en suite bath.

Two beautiful beaches are within walking distance. For outdoor enthusiasts, ride one of the provided bikes to world renowned Vanderbilt Beach. Delnor Wiggins State Park provides plenty of trails and seaside scenery for walking, running or a picnic. A plethora of dining and shopping experiences are all within close proximity. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Mercato, Pavilion, Waterside Shops and two movie complexes are all nearby.

Great stay at this property! The house was spacious with lots of bedrooms for our two families of six each. The backyard pool was beautiful with lots of privacy from the trees. The neighborhood was fun to explore and the beach is only five minutes away. Great spot!

This home is very nice. It is very well cared for and clean. We appreciated this very much. The backyard is private and the pool area was our favorite. We spent the majority of our time in the backyard. Close proximity to everything- the beach, grocery store, restaurants and shops! Our daughter is a runner and felt extremely safe running a 10 mile each day from the home throughout this side of Naples. Our other daughter found a spin class a few short blocks away…endless options for everyone.…our only regret was not staying longer.

Vacation in North Naples

We had a nice time in North Naples. The property worked well for us 7 adults and had all the required amenities. It is about a 30-minute walk to the beach. We also drove to Naples Pier beach which we can highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and well equipped for our family. The pool and patio was awesome and very quiet. Loved all the palm trees around the back yard that secluded the pool area making it a very relaxing vacation. Location is convenient to shopping, restaurants and beach. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the beach due to Hurricane Ian so the pool was perfect.

Family Vacation with all adult children

Our large family needed a convenient spot, clean, comfortable, roomy space, safe area, pool, near beach, biggest bang for buck and we got it and then some. Christine is an excellent host that takes providing a wonderful VRBO stay seriously. Great communication, easy check in, safe, quiet area. Bikes, beach towels, sunscreen, goggles, beach chairs, beach umbrella, pool floaties were bonuses that weren't even expected. I had little glitches with TV remote, Christine was right there for easy tutorial; 2 bikes with flat tires. Christine sent a repairman and within a couple of hours we were fixed and rolling again. Such a great home and a great hostess. Thank you Christine!

Perfect for our family vacation!

This was our first time having all 7 of our children together with us for a vacation in over 3 years! We had a fabulous time! The house is beautiful, and our kids (ages 15-25) never wanted to leave the pool and the lush backyard! It was our own tropical paradise! Close to the beach and shopping, there was something for everyone! Christine checked in with us throughout the week and made sure that if we needed anything, we could reach out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to stay there again!

Excellent Property

We stayed here for my Dads 70th Birthday celebration. It was a wonderful house for our family and very family friendly. Our guests included children; a 4 month old baby, 3 year old, 4 year old and 9 year old. The house was very safe for all of the children and there was a lock that was accessible only by adults in order to get out to the pool area, it is a wonderful feature. The house was very clean, the pool was very clean, the house is in close proximity to the beach, restaurants & grocery stores. Christine (the owner)was extremely responsive with anything we needed. We had an excellent experience and look forward to returning. I highly recommend this property.

Beauty in Naples Park

An excellent home base for a Naples trip. Easy to get to Vanderbilt beach, short short drive over and there’s convenient parking. The house is pretty new, very clean, nice layout with bedrooms upstairs and separate from the living space. We had a family of 4 and another couple including infant. Easily fit with a comfortable amount of space. The backyard feels private and offers a great spot to relax in between beach visits. Definitely recommended!

Dream Vacation House

We absolutely loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and wanted for our girl's weekend getaway. The pool was beautiful and the yard was well-maintained and landscaped. The pool furniture and deck layout is positioned perfectly in the yard to allow guests to enjoy shade and sun- depending on preference- throughout the day. The bedrooms were well-equipped with extra blankets, pillows, and towels. The pull out couch was comfortable and spacious. The bedroom and bathroom layout is perfect for large groups with multiple adults, as their are multiple showers and sinks upstairs, as well as a great first floor half bath. The twin beds were perfect for the girls who prefer their own space, while the queens and king were comfortable and also accommodated our group wonderfully. We cooked and grilled throughout the weekend and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a full supply of all of the spices we needed to cook our burgers and chicken. We were minutes from the Mercato, which was very convenient. We will definitely be booking again!

GORGEOUS BACKYARD POOL AND PALMS

A darling one of the only two stories on block.....lush pristine pool and yard.....beautiful decor and first floor spacious for indoor dining and/or just hanging out..and half bath on first floor close to pool.....pristine garage with bikes and laundry(like another room!) Close enough to ride or walk to Mercato area for grocery & apparel shopping and restaurants etc but also a short bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach area......friends came to see it and already want to rent it next year!! Owners VERY quick to respond for anything!!
