Beautiful furnished 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo on the 3rd floor in North Naples gated community. Near beaches and shopping. No elevator. 1 king bedroom with 43 inch tv, 1 queen bedroom and spacious living area with 55 inch TV. Washer/ dryer included.Enjoy amazing sunrises and fabulous sunsets on the beautiful area beaches. The community room overlooks the pool and has racquetball courts for use. Gym has treadmills and weights for a great workout. Near Super Walmart and super target and amazing restaurants.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washer/dryer, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Enjoyed our stay

Raif's place is great. It is on the 3rd Floor which we thought was a minus. It turned out to be a big plus since it was absolutely quiet and relaxing. We had a couple of small problems which Raif immediately addressed. The Jack and Jill bedroom arrangement works out well if you have company. The screened in deck was wonderful and was very private. The location of the complex is great to get to Naples or Bonita Springs. Pet Friendly is a big plus and there is a County Preserve adjacent to the property which is great for walking your dog.

Winter Stay

We stayed the months of Jan/Feb and thoroughly enjoyed the condo and area. There was a paved path, right outside the complex, that ran along a canal which was great for walks and bike rides. Lots of restaurants and only a few miles to Wiggins Pass state beach. Raif was an excellent host.
