This home is a new build in The Isles of Collier Preserve. Here, you'll be surrounded by nature, yet just minutes from Downtown Naples and the beaches. Over half of the 2,400 acres in the Isles are lakes, nature preserves and natural habitat along the Cypress Waterway. Our private community has a Fitness Center, Resort-Style Pool, Multi- Lane Lap Pool, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Hiking & Biking Trails, Two Kayak Launches and much more.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
