Steps to Vanderbilt Beach with white powder sand. As sunset approaches you will not want to miss seeing the stunning sunsets with gorgeous water views.

(Note: : THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES has begun construction in the area. The construction does not affect parking in the building or Condo entrance.

Upon arrival you will stay in a completely renovated 2bed/2bath condo with incredible fully-equipped kitchen with beautiful white quartz counter tops where you can prepare all your meals, or dine at fabulous restaurants nearby.

The living room includes a Smart TV that can also be enjoyed from the balcony. The new furniture is coastal decor and includes 2 swivel arm chairs and a long couch, all upholstered with luxurious fabric where you can enjoy a glass of wine or morning coffee.

The Master bedroom features a Smart TV also with well over 100 channels, all sports channels are available. This room includes brand new king bed with access to your private bathroom and walk in closet, as well as a tall cabinet for special storage like shoes. USB charging is throughout the unit. The guest bedroom features 2 new twin beds with closet and a tall cabinet for storage. This condo also includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach bags, and toys for the beach.

You will love the shopping, dining, live entertainment and Cinema theaters at nearby Pavillion and Mercato less then 5 minutes drive. Or go downtown to our famous Naples 5th and 3rd avenues at just a 15 minute drive.

Publix and Whole Foods grocery stores are nearby.
