There is bonus outdoor living space in 2 enclosed lanai areas. Cypress Woods Golf & Country Club is one of Naples' premier bundled golf clubs with a newly renovated clubhouse, driving/practice range, restaurant, outdoor dining, tennis and pickleball courts, pro shop and social events. $275 transfer fee for golf access. $100 application fee per rental
