This 3 bedroom, 3 and half bath condo is decorated in an elegant European decor. With new flooring and bedroom furniture in June 2025. This unit is the largest sq. ft. condo at the Regatta. Features its very own wet bar for the cocktail entertainers. King, queen and twin beds are en-suite, and fully furnished in each of the rooms. There are flat screen TV's in every bedroom with a large flat screen TV in the living room.
Just minutes walking to the beach and fine dining and across the street from the Ritz Carlton.

Regatta of Vanderbilt is a prime location for all your vacation needs. This gated community is about a 2 block walk to the public beach access at the end of Vanderbilt Beach Road. Regatta offers an array of amenities such as 2 pools (a resort style pool with water fall and a quiet pool), spa, clubhouse, exercise room, wading pool, gazebo and 2 grills.

***All reservations made between January 1 and April 30 must be Saturday to Saturday. Please inquire for special requests. Reservations must be made more than 25 days prior to arrival. Any reservation booked online within 25 days of arrival will be cancelled.***

PLEASE NOTE: All guests must complete a separate application process for Regatta. This is done through their online platform, Tenant Evaluation. Guests must pay $150 application fee through this platform as well.
