Newly redesigned and renovated this modern home offers quality and comfort with an alfresco outdoor living style… enjoy the ocean, birdsong, and extensive gardens.

Located on the ‘Napier Cycle Pathway’ there is excellent opportunity for cyclists & walkers to adventure out to town or the pathways around Bay View & Westshore.

Local services include, 4 Square, Bayview Pub & Restaurant, 2 premium wineries with dining, Thai massage, Fruit stands, Fish & Chips, BP & Mobil.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Delightful 2 days in napier

Really exceeded expectations. We have rented homes in many parts of the world as well as our home in SF. California. It was nice be at a home that shared the same care and attention to detail we show our guests. We could not figure out how to open and close electric drapes in living room but probably our lack of knowledge. Highly recommend.
