With four bedrooms, Central City Gem can sleep up to 8 guests, without comprising on plenty of room for everyone to unwind.

If you're planning a Summer escape, there is an outdoor deck on the second floor, perfect for enjoying the morning coffee in the fresh air or enjoying those classic kiwi al fresco BBQ's. If you need to get the blood pumping, there is a large tennis court available so be sure to book yourself in and practice your serve!

Almost the same distance into the hub of Napier City as it is to get to the water's edge. Really nice property in central Napier. Easily walkable to many attractions. Very large and spacious with a good kitchen that was well appointed. The tennis court was a nice addition (the rackets and balls provided could have been better, but not a big deal). Overall would highly recommend!
