Welcome to Villa Vida. Behind the dragon etched gates is a dramatic light-filled Contemporary estate on 3.2 private acres. The main home was completely rebuilt in 2016 with soaring beamed ceilings and walls of glass, which bring the outside into every room. This majestic and private estate home is perched on a knoll giving it 360 degree views in the world renowned Napa Valley.

This custom two bedroom, two and a half bath home includes a large loft space on the second floor that opens onto a balcony for stunning panoramic views of the mountains, valley and vineyards. The home features a custom chef's kitchen with island, state of the art appliances, a built-in Miele coffee center. There are also two Valor fireplaces and two N-finity Pro Wine Coolers.

Both master bedroom suites have exceptional views of the neighboring mountains. The first floor master suite bath includes a deep soaking tub and the second floor master suite bath includes a frameless glass shower. Both bathrooms have custom cabinets and exceptional views, as well as Smart Glass technology for privacy.

This smart home has Cat6 wiring, speakers, and control panels through out, security cameras, a hardwired home security alarm system and a Generac generator.

The home's wrap around Epi Hardwood deck is an entertainer's dream with an outdoor kitchen featuring a Lynx grill, icemaker, refrigerator, storage, large counter top area and sink. The deck also has seating, a lookout area, gas fire pit, Jacuzzi spa, and covered outdoor shower. Below the back deck is a young Gentleman's vineyard of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

In 2024, a two bedroom guest house, as well as 20' x 40' swimming pool, were added to this luxury property. The guest house is state-of-the-art with a complete kitchen and a full bathroom. The pool is heated, with an automatic safety cover and Baja bench from which to admire the beautiful mountain views.

The property also includes a new pool-side outdoor kitchen with a BBQ, refrigerator, ice maker, sink and bar seating. The outdoor area is truly brought to life with elegant lighting and an elite outdoor sound system. The entire entertainment area is fenced in so you never need to worry about pets or little ones wandering off. Relax and enjoy.

Amazing Getaway, Amazing Property

We stayed with friends at Silent rock and it was like a peaceful retreat from the world. The home is just stunning. Lots of open space for socializing including a large deck overlooking some distant vineyards. The bedrooms are comfy and we slept so well during our getaway. The property lets you feel like you’ve gotten away from it all, yet about five miles away is the convenience of Napa along with all its famous wineries throughout the valley. I recommend and would definitely stay again myself!
