Wood paneled walls and flooring provide a touch of vintage charm, while homey fixtures and furnishings offer a cozy environment for enjoying time together. The central living room is a great gathering place, with a flatscreen smart TV, DVD/VHS player, and books galore. A galley style kitchen comes well-equipped with full-size appliances and ready to prepare delicious family dishes at home. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area offering strong natural lighting and views of the backyard. In Summer months, the back patio is the perfect outdoor space. Fire up the gas grill and join the family for some al fresco dining at the outdoor, six-seater dining table after a day at the beach. When it's time to explore, take advantage of the home's great access to the area's stunning coastline and best eateries.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
