This luxury historic home is located Mid-Island (about 1 mile from Downtown), making it a perfect Nantucket home-base for your group. This 4 bedroom + loft, 3 bathroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. Amenities include a heated pool and fire pit, plus a patio with an outdoor dining area. Inside, the professionally designed spaces offer open concept layouts, classic Nantucket architecture, and coastal-inspired decor.

The Space:
This home is situated on a property that includes a main house and a cottage house. This listing is for the main house ONLY. The two rental units are separated by a locked wooden fence to create privacy for renters. The main house has exclusive access to the pool and outdoor dining + lounge space. Please note there may be guests renting the cottage house during your stay. They will not have access to your outdoor space and have their own private entrance to the cottage house + private/separate parking area. Please inquire if you are interested in renting the main house and cottage house together.

Main House: This is a 2 story home with a flight of stairs between each of the floors.
–First Floor: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Bedroom 1 with loft: 1 Queen bed (Loft) + 1 built-in Twin bed
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed + ensuite bathroom. This is a private in-law suite bedroom that cannot be accessed from the interior of the main home, but has a separate entrance in the back yard.

–Second Floor: 2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom (hall bath shared by the two upstairs bedrooms)
Bedroom 3: 1 King bed
Bedroom 4: 1 King bed

Guest Access:
This home has a lock with a door code. Codes and other check in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check in.

Our home is located in Mid-Island, just a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk from downtown Nantucket. The shoreline is close by, with the popular Jetties Beach just a 10 minute bike ride through town. Our home’s location is perfect for those looking to get the best of both worlds; the hustle and bustle of the community center and the reprieve of a Mid-Island getaway.

Getting Around:
Want to explore? We’ve got you covered. Downtown Nantucket is a 20 minute walk away, but if you’re looking to adventure to other parts of the island, there are several different transportation options near us. There are two bike rentals within a 15 minute walk from our home; Young’s Bicycle Shop and Sandy Pedals Bikes. But, if cycling isn’t your speed, Affordable Rentals is also a 15 minute walk away in Downtown. Just remember to bike safely and wear a helmet!

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information. 
-We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.  
-We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment. 
-Pets are not allowed at this property. 
-Mailing packages to the premises is not permitted.
-We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here. Should the rare maintenance issue occur, our ground team is available to assist. Check in is keyless; no need to worry about lost keys!
