Cachalot cottage on a bluff directly on Wauwinet Harbor

Cachalot was built in 2006. The design takes advantage of being on the waterfront and facing the sunsets. Though remote and quiet, you can easily access all of the island. Town is 7 miles away. The harbor is delightful for swimming and docking your boat. It is especially perfect for kids. Lots of beach toys are available. Raft, kayaks, paddle boards, even a small sailboat if you are qualified. The harbor beach extends for miles in both directions. Great for walking and collecting shells and lucky stones.

This is an upside-down house. Large living/dining/kitchen and master with bath up. Downstairs has the entry, playroom and guest bedroom with bath.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
