On the 3rd floor (no lift) of a building near Place Graslin, you can't help but be seduced by this very comfortable cocoon, refurbished (August 2019) and fully equipped. This duplex is ideal for 2 people (or 2 adults and 1 child, for example).

- A living room with a top-of-the-range, very comfortable convertible sofa (140 cm * 190 cm), an armchair, a Thomson flat-screen TV connected to a Livebox (high-speed wifi). For your comfort, the living room is equipped with shutters.
- Dining area: bar table and chairs.
- A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchenette including: crockery (plates, wine glasses, carafe, etc.), kitchen utensils (frying pans, salad bowls, oven dishes, etc.) and numerous high-quality appliances (ceramic hob, refrigerator, washing machine, pod coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, etc.).
2nd level (upstairs):
- A pretty, cosy sleeping area with a comfortable double bed
- A work area with a desk and dressing table
- A shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet).
