Given a room overlooking a main thoroughfare. The thermostat on the wall was there for looks only as it did nothing to change the temperature. So, I had to either have a hot room or a noisy room. Desk staff had limited English skills. Exercise room needs a good cleaning.

Nice hotel in Nancy

Difficult to get the most appropriate address to drive to. The web site address is best, however, you have to park on the footpath and register before you can park. 5pm check in was an issue for us, had to drive outside city and wait 2 hours before being able to check in. Location was good, close to everything and easy walk to city centre. Again no ability to watch tv in english or screen mirror.

Overall okay. Very nice area around it and close to the bus station. A few steps from bus that takes directly to the center. Disappointed by the cleanliness. The amount of dust gave us allergies and the bathroom seemed uncleaned as well as the kitchenette with cooking marks all over

Nice stay, but no warm water

The property was clean and it looked like in the photos minus the bloom and bliss and flowers in the vase. What got me a bit uncomfortable was that the parking was not available anymore (so maybe ask in advance to keep you a spot - but there are parking lots not far away from the venue and I think they are cheaper) and no one asked for any identification. I just got there and was handed the key. That was it, no more info was given. It looked like the place was ran by smiling youngsters who don't bother much. When asking a question it felt like I was replied to in a fast way, yet friendly. Downsides: No bedsheet for the blankets for the couch and no warm water at all :( not even lukewarm.

When we realised we won't be in before 7, I tried to call the number on the Expedia confirmation email. This wasnt the hotel but switchboard gave me the number for hotel. It took me 5 tries and waiting in the phone for over 30 mins to get hold of someone. The information on Expedia, their website and the waiting music information for opening times ate all different. If I had a choice I wouldnt have stayed, it was revolting but I didnt want to alarm my family. I washed everything but next day all of us had diarrhoea.

I personally can not imagine hotels with no air conditioning, this is simply crucial to me. The apartments are really tiny ones, the bedroom is hard to fit a couple in. The smell of rooms is somehow weird, I didn’t like it
