I expect to have the private dining since it is the same price on Japanian.com when I booked. But when I arrived, they told me I am in the public area. The reason I like the private dining is because I can avoid the drum show noise. But I was very close to the stage during dining with the loud hitting drum. Luckily it is 15 mins hitting. Otherwise I might have a huge headache after dinner. I hope they can info customers in the future about their dining condition. I also add the black throat fish for extra payment. It is very salty by the way they cooked. i won’t recommend to order it.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are sorry for the volume of the drum made you feel uncomfortable. Absolutely, we should remind guests before the show start. In fact, there is two places for guests to watch the show while eating: the public area '' Dining Restaurant AI'', and private rooms called ''CHYARYO''. If there is any chance you may have come to the AENOKAZE hotel again, you could choose the private dining room of booking plan. We also shared your comment about the black throat fish with our kitchen. Once again, we are sorry that you did NOT have a good staying experience here this time. Hope that we have an opportunity to serving you again in the future. Warm regards, Daisuke Shitamura AENOKAZE Manager
