This massive ocean view home is located in a highly desirable area of North Nanaimo. Close to all amenities but very peaceful and quiet! Walking or 4 mins drive to Beach front. At the end of a private driveway, sits 2.5 acres of property. This private, estate-style property backs onto three parks; Walking to Rutherford Ridge Trail, Linley Valley Park( a popular hiking/walking trail). Easy access to Tofino or Victoria. 15 mins drive to BC Ferries and sea plane!

3 full baths provided with high quality towels and personal products for all guests
Formal kitchen provided with all cooking essentials, free coffee, tea and spices!
1G super high speed internet, Roku TVs with Netflix Etc.
Brand new washer and dryer.
We will be there occasionally to access the house for maintenance and the trailer during your stay if necessary.
