You have access to the exterior amenities, 12 person hot tub, fire pit on the beach, cold plunge pond, observation garden, gathering grounds, treehouse with 14 implements, zip-line, in ground trampoline, tetherball, hammock.

You do not have access to any indoor areas besides the game cottage.
You also do not have access to the private patio behind cottages 1 & 2. Please note signs near them.
If you see a group is having an event at the farmhouse, or outside, please honor their celebration, give them space and do NOT disturb them. Thank you!

• Best suited for groups traveling together — families, reunions, or groups of friends who want game-room access as part of their stay
• Board games and pool/foosball equipment are provided as-is; guests are asked to treat equipment with care
• This room can be combined with other Red Roof Farmhouse listings for exclusive use of the full property — message the host for details
• Quiet hours and local noise ordinance apply in the evening 10pm to 8 am. out of respect for our neighbors.
•While we don’t provide food items, including coffee, each cottage is equipped with a drip coffee maker and filters for your convenience — just bring your favorite grounds!
• Laundry is shared with other cottages.
• Bathroom (toilet room) is available for red roof farmhouse guests if you book both this listing & the farmhouse/lodge. There is an additional door you are welcome to lock if you do not want to possibly share access to a toilet.
• Maximum 6 guests
• Check-in: 4:00–10:00 PM | Checkout: 11:00 AM
• Exterior security cameras on property (common areas only). Can not see into buildings or private areas. You can get access to the cameras if you'd like to.
• Hot tub and cold plunge are not gated — please supervise children at all times
