Leather furniture, Wood floors & tiled bathroom. 2 patios with sitting areas. Back yard patio is 54' x 15', overlooks water & also features Gas BBQ & additional dining & sitting areas. Beautiful Bathroom with Pantry, Vessel sink, Shower & X-deep soaker tub (complimentary bubble bath, soaps, shampoo, linens & hair dryer). Beyond the off-street paved parking, it also includes additional 45' off-street parking. Close to NNU, hospitals, shopping, banking, restaurants, parks & Wilson Creek walking paths Idaho Center, Nampa's Huge Recreation Center. Home is literally 1-3 blocks from Albertsons grocery & shopping center, Walmart, banking, pizza, subs, sushi, frozen yogurt, nail spa, etc. (all within walking distance). You can even get your fishing license at Walmart & fish from the corner of Albertson's shopping center. Enjoy the convenience of the location & all the amenities.
