Excellent holiday place close to all conveniences short drive to beach not in the rat race. We used it as a base to explore the surrounding area

A great apartment.

This apartment is huge & in a great location with great views over the river & district. For the two of us it was overkill having three large bedrooms & two full size bathrooms. Not a complaint just an observation. We loved our stay & will hopefully be back. Loved it.

Exactly what we needed

Wonderful apartment with most of what we needed catered for. The location is great with everything either in walking distance or a short drive. Road noise was quite loud during the day and early morning but didn’t hear much during the night. Check in would have been easier if the key lockbox wasn’t so temperamental however the guys from the Estate Agency came down straight away to assist.

1NO ocean view as stated in advertising 2. Air con in main bedroom not working 3. Carpet needs shampoo 4. Hand sink drain in on suite blocked & plug stuck in drain hole 5 overall needs good clean and repaint

Road trip

This property should have been a joy to stay in given its location. Unfortunately, not. We experienced difficulty with the front door lock every time we went out. The light in the laundry which was a small separate room with no windows was broken. The lounge was propped up by 2 large books. My husband sat on the foot of the bed and collapsed through it. The last part of the bed had no slats. The blind in one bedroom fell down and hit me on the head. The drain in the main bathoom was blocked.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well we got there late as we had to work the Thursday we then went to Pizza Hut got some pizza and headed to the apartment to then go up to the lock box to take over a hour to get into the lock box then I tried to call the on call number 13 times before he actually called me back to then also eat cold pizza so the first night was not very pleasant but the rest was absolutely fantastic

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The interior of the apartment is good. Very clean, good kitchen, comfortable beds. It is very close to shops. The photos hide the fact that the view is mainly of a car park. Beaches described as "close" but there is no way most people could comfortably walk to the beaches, they are too far. The apartment is on the main street so it was too noisy to have the windows open or sit on the balcony. And there is an Indian restaurant directly below it so the smell of cooking also made us keep the windows closed.
