Location is beautiful, and it has the potential to be a great stay if cleaning was satisfactory (bathroom had hair and snot on walls and the fridge was disgusting). The owner is also very rude, which explains the lack of attention and customer service - sent me a message at 10pm and 6am to instruct me not to park in front of my unit - the most obvious spot - these instructions should be sent at check in at the latest and not after hours. When clarifying this point in person she was rude and continued to complain. Careless and disrespectful. What a shame.

Lovely reception from the owner, who was very informative about local places to visit, eat and fish. Room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, including a portable stove. Outside had a bbq with everything needed to cook on it. We also had a lovely farewell from the owner as we were leaving.

The beautiful setting is devine and the sleep is awesome. I want to give 4.5 as only minor issue and we were ok but bathroom is narrow for larger people loved the location and the view the BBQ facilities really nice proprietor free parking all very good 5 minutes drive to VWall for those who know Nambucca Heads
