This is a lovely place for a quiet break right next to the beautiful Lake. The scenery and bird life is stunning. The staff are great too. We were very pleased with the service. Food is average, but there are various options. Some of the hotel is a little run down. However, the positives far outweigh the negatives and I can definitely recommend it if you don’t demand the very best.

We have found this place bit strange. Staff have try to be nice but all looks bit fake. Dinning is really limited and we have been forced to order dinner 6 hours before dinner time. Dinning room is also special/ish/ no music but loud 30 years old telenovela has been played on TV. Night before our departure our dinner has been served but no one offers anything to drink, and waitresses just gone from restaurant so we have left after finished food. Bathrooms needs to refurbished , I have complained about falling towels dryer rail but they no bother to repair it during our stay. Definitely will not come back there Thank you anyway for your hospitality.

Beautiful location and installations, and all is very very clean. It was too cool to swim but the pool is amazing. Dinner was just a little disappointing considering the pictures on the site (maybe because of reduced guests in these times), lamb ribs were basically bones with no meat, but all was well cooked. Bring your toiletries.

The view from the bar and pool was amazing and the location of the hotel breathtaking. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The only thing we did not like was the road down from the highway to the hotel.

Good place for family with small kids. We enjoyed our stay. Perhaps the variety of food available could be increased in consideration of different tastes but what was available was very good. the staff are excellent. check in and check out was a breeze. the rooms had good views and were warm and cozy. wifi was not great but it didnt matter because it allowed us to talk more!

Beautiful views of Lake Elementaita

Our stay here was so peaceful and enjoyable taking walks along the lake in the morning was so enjoyable. The staff were polite and helpful. breakfast was so tranquil eating outside on the patio whilst watching so many bird species arrive on the lake. It was busy at the weekends but through the week it was quiet. The food was delightful although the wait was quite long. We will be back and look forward to the warm welcome we received when we arrived. Thank you

Lakeside hotel with nice views

Offers good value for money with a very good location right next lake elementaita. Although basic, rooms are very spacious and bedding comfortable. Ideal location for a getaway. Some aspects for improvement: management of the grounds and landscaping, phone are not availble in the rooms
