Poor

No communication at all. I had to reach out to them to say I was coming. They gave me the wrong contact number to call who said they'd never heard of the booking leaving me no choice but to book alternative accommodation. Property refused to issue a refund even though they we in the wrong. . Steer clear of this sham organisation. Disgusting service
