Lovely summer house, completely refurbished in 2025 with a new kitchen and bathroom, new furniture, and a 240 V charger for electric cars. Just a short walk from the beach and boasting a large, beautiful garden, this summer house invites you to pure relaxation.



Inside, you’ll find a kitchen equipped with an espresso machine, flowing into a spacious dining area and a cozy living room, the true gathering point of the house.



There are three large, comfortable bedrooms with double beds and plenty of closet space, as well as a brand-new bathroom.



The house also features table football and various games, and the garden offers a fire pit, a swing set, and a lovely south-facing terrace for those bright summer evenings as well as an ice bath and a brand new 4-person sauna for those cold days
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fenced private yard, and an electric kettle.

alles in Allem ein tolles Haus, genug für 5 Personen, gemütlich eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man brauchen kann Das Bad ist relativ klein und bedingt durch die Bauweise ist es alles ein bisschen klamm. Die Heizung im Wohnzimmer ist gut, aber nicht ganz für das ganze Haus ausreichend. Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub, die Gegend ist super ruhig und schön mitten in der Natur

Ein wirklich schön renoviertes Haus.

Ein wirklich schön renoviertes Haus. Sehr ruhig, drinnen ist alles da. Die Umgebung ist wirklich schön, mit vielen hohen Bäumen. Als wir kamen, stellten wir fest, dass die Waschmaschine nicht funktionierte. Als wir das dem Vermieter mitteilten, wurde 2 Tage später eine neue eingebaut. Vielen Dank! Bei der Gelegenheit durften wir den Waschsalon in Nakskov kennen lernen, eine echte Erfahrung. Aber die Wäsche wurde sauber - und die Schalttafel aus dem vorigen Jahrhundert verband sich problemlos mit der Handy Bezahl App... Das Haus wird als eingezäunt beworben. Das stimmt auch, allerdings nicht für die Seiten mit der relativ dichten Hecke. Da kommen Rehe durch (idyllisch), aber unsere Hunde gehen da gern hinterher und sprinten durch die Hecke. Als wir beim Waschmaschineneinbau mit den Besitzern sprachen, haben sie das eingesehen und sie wollen das Problem beheben. Zum Strand führt ein schöner grüner schattiger Weg zwischen den Häusern hindurch. Allerdings sind es nicht 150m, sondern eher 650m. Als Tipp: Den WLAN -Router vielleicht nicht im Schrank hinter die Mikrowelle platzieren. Wir haben das für unseren Aufenthalt geändert und hatten dann vollen Empfang auch im hinteren Schlafzimmer und auf der Terrasse. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung mit reichlich Platz (außer im Bad, aber es reicht!)
