Recommended with reservations but manager made it worthwhile!

Lovely 1st-floor, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a clean, well-equipped setup. AC is limited to bedrooms, but the open layout and constant breeze keep the entire space comfortable. No icemaker in fridge, plan to buy ice.Property grounds are well kept.The nearby beach disappointed with trash, rough surf, and murky water, unsuitable for swimming or kids. Gloria, a fantastic manager, was very responsive, quickly resolving a water heater issue and recommending great spots like Seven Seas (family-friendly) and Playa Escondida (superb snorkeling). The condo is conveniently located near restaurants, groceries, and just a 40ish minutes from El Yunque rainforest. The pool was clean and inviting. Be aware: the adjacent "fishing village" has rundown homes, roosters, barking dogs, and weekend noise. We’d stay again but would plan to visit the other beaches.

Beautiful safe property. The property was everything I wanted and more. I stayed with a group of 6. There was something for everyone. Private beach access with the sounds of the ocean from our condo.
