Gather everyone in the morning and make that big decision: should we go to the beach, float in the oceanfront community pool, or maybe try both? After your day at the beach, pool, or venturing out on the Outer Banks enjoy some time together in the main living area that offers a living room with comfy sofas and a TV, and a convenient wet bar that provides the makings for your own Happy Hour. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.

Girls Week at the Beach

Four high school friends from the 70s met together in OBX to reconnect. We laughed, we cried, we ate, we drank, and we shopped. The location made everything very easy to get to. Bedroom set-up worked well. We would definitely return to this nice condo!

Nice place with great location

The condo was comfortable and nicely equipped. Bathrooms were nice. Beds were comfy. Real close to the beach. The only negative thing I could say is that the floors needed a good sweep (which we did). I would definitely rent there again.
