The name says it all! PierView 308 offers stunning views of the Atlantic and is located just south of Jennette's Pier in Nags Head. This 2-bedroom condo is a top-floor end unit for more privacy and the best possible view. The living area leads out to a private oceanfront deck where you can watch the sunrise, listen to the waves crash, and enjoy the ocean breeze. Great location
Overall, great location with being on the ocean and near all amenities. Unit had everything we needed. No problems.
Only feedback - the unit could use some updates. Sliding doors took some effort to open, flooring has seen better days, bathrooms looked like rentals.

Outdated and way overpriced
Upon arrival, entry code did not work. This happened several times. Advertised as including WiFi, but it was out. We were not notified prior to arrival. We called management and were told Spectrum would not be out until our checkout date. Peoperty not cleaned well. Horribly out of date and worn down. Formica countertops with gouges, popcorn ceilings, dirty grout in ancient tile floors in bath. Basically like a rundown Motel 6, just bigger. Bring coffee, toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex. You are provided one roll of TP on the roller in each bathroom. One of these other items..No suggestions for restaurants or activities in the Outer Banks is provided either. One positive was the oceanfront location and balcony. But hasn't been updated since it was built.
