Welcome to Ocean Pearl, a luxurious pet-friendly, eight-bedroom retreat located in the heart of Nags Head. With eight full baths and two half baths, stunning Atlantic Ocean views, and private beach access, this home offers the ultimate Outer Banks vacation experience for families and groups.

Nestled just minutes from top Outer Banks attractions, Ocean Pearl is within walking distance of Jennette’s Pier and the popular Sam & Omie’s Restaurant. Shopping enthusiasts will love being a quarter mile from the Nags Head Outlets, while those who enjoy delicious food can explore a variety of local dining options nearby.

This home has been thoughtfully designed for both comfort and fun. The first level features three En Suite bedrooms, including a Double-Bunk Room with beach décor and a flat-screen TV, a King En Suite with views of the pool and beach walk, and another King En Suite with a spacious layout and a handicap-accessible shower. A Twin En Suite bedroom completes this level. The first level also includes a lounge area with a wet bar, sink, microwave, and mini fridge, making snacks and refreshments easily accessible.

On the second level, you will find two additional King En Suites. One offers semi-ocean views with access to the deck, while the other provides ample space to unwind and includes a flat-screen TV. This level is also home to a good time, featuring a recreation room with a pool table and foosball table, a theater room with a kitchenette perfect for movie nights, and a covered patio where you can savor the fresh ocean breezes.

The third level serves as the main living space, where breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean greet you from the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The open-concept layout allows you to cook, dine, and relax together. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing group meals, while the large dining table is perfect for gathering over a well-prepared dinner. Two King En Suites on this level, each with flat-screen TVs, ensure restful nights after busy beach days.

Step outside to your private oasis. The backyard boasts a heated swimming pool and hot tub, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a beach day, and direct beach access for endless sun and surf. A gas grill invites you to grill up some fresh seafood. Ocean Pearl offers the convenience of an elevator that provides access to all levels of the home.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6pm on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**

**Ocean Pearl is pet-friendly, so there is no need to leave your pooch at home! For a small one-time fee of $135, you can bring up to two dogs to our pet-friendly property. No cats or other animals, dogs only.**

Potentially Great BUT ..

Property has potential of being great but in need of ATTENTION: The home is not clean. It was not supplied with basics - garbage bags; DW tabs, hand soap, paper towels or dish towels. Trash was completely full when we arrived - and smelled terrible. The back door hinge is broken; was reported, if the second hinge goes the door will fall out and potentially onto someone. The stairs to beach - had a guest step on nail - luckily they had a tetanus within the last 10 years and we had a nurse with us The Grille was in horrible condition and we had to go purchase a propane tank to add insult. The ice maker has mold in it The seal in picture window is broken - obstructs exactly what we paid for - our view Mold under shampoo dispensers - disgusting Dishwashers are in need of replacement they do not work well at all - they ran 1-3 cycles to clean. TVs do not work Solar lights around hot tub do not work Vacuum doesn’t work Carpets were filthy House needs some attention. > pros - location, decor and kitchen table is great, ac works well, beds were comfortable expected better condition and amenities

Good & potentially great place

The house accomodated our large group of 3 families with kids ranging from 9-22 and 7 adults really well. The property is in some serious need of maintenance and repairs though. The biggest issue was the stairs leading to the beach were in disrepair. We paid for beach front property then learned after arriving we were expected to walk down the street to the public access because the stairs were unsafe. A number of other maintenance issues plagued our stay. We still had a wonderful time and if the house received the repairs and maintenance needed, I would highly recommend it. As it is, it is overpriced and there should be disclosures about the lack of direct, safe beach access.

Great beach house for a large family

Lovely spot, comfortable for our large family of fifteen. The kitchen was extremely well equipped for large groups. And we got all of us around the large dining table. Close to an ice cream shop and markets.

Fantastic lovation

Location was great and house was perfect for our group. Our kids loved going to the pier to fish and playing football on the beach. Walkable to restaurants, which was great! Highly recommend going to Owen’s one night if you are staying here.

In the area for a wedding

This was a great house for a large family to get together in. We were in the area for my sons wedding and wanted to be able to visit a little outside of those activities. We all slept well and enjoyed a few meals together. The movie room and pool table were enjoyed by several. It was cold so the outside area was not really an option, but I could see that being a great added bonus for future visits.

Overall a great place to stay!

This was a very nice property with great features. The movie room was awesome for everyone! I was very impressed with the safety features on the elevator. The only thing we had trouble with was not being able to get cable TV to work. But there was not much time to watch it anyway and made us spend more quality time together! I would rent it again in a heartbeat!

How much would Dish or cable set you back?

This house and location are great. We were unfortunate to have bad weather (non stop wind and rain). What is one of the big things that you do inside? Watch TV! It was so frustrating with the TV! You have to long into your own private dish or Netflix account. And just take a look at how many peoples privacy of their own personal accounts are on each tv in the house. You stay in a house this nice you kinda expect to be able to watch tv without having to set up your own private information to do so.
