The property is in need of updates and repairs. The breakfast offered was great. lots of options. housekeeping could be improved. price is too high for the quality of the rooms. staff is friendly and helpful.

And we’ve been coming here on and off once a month for 3 to 4 day weekends and it’s always been a pleasure. The staff and Managment have been very hospital. Wealth and breakfast is fantastic.

Great stay.

Great hotel and was very affordable (we went during the off season). We had a dune view balcony but you could still sometimes see part of the water so that was a plus. Beach access right from the parking lot. Breakfast was AWESOME. One of the best continental breakfasts I’ve had and the staff was very nice.

I paid for oceanfront was on second floor and couldn’t see the ocean big heel in the way paid extra for that and didn’t even see the ocean

I was very disappointed upon arrival. I was suppose to have an ocean view and got a street view. Also the hotel is under construction. Very loud.

We had no hot water in the bathroom. It was lukewarm at best. Also, there was sand on the bathroom floor. This was there when we checked in so it wasn’t from us. Elevators are super slow
