My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a few hours in the night for taking an early morning flight. Its location just about 1 KM from the airport makes it very convenient for transit passengers. Staff members were very courteous. We requested for packed breakfast since our flight was very early in the morning and the hotel provided good packets with good good. However hotel looks quite old and is in need of renovation and modernization and we were told it is already being done.

Rooms are Good, Food is delicious, I would appreciate the House keeping work and food at Puran Da Dhaba. Mr. Anoy at restaurant is very polite, humble, good attitude and having good understanding of Food items. Hope to visit again...

Extremely bad service and badly maintained room and facilities I was upgraded to a supposed Suite because the original room was full of cigarette smoke and stink. The suite was another disaster - no hot water - room phone not working - stains on shower curtain - paint peeling off Breakfast was similarly bad without staff to help, guide. Coffee machine not working, food tasting horrible with chillies Room photos attached

Makes me want to go back again. Services are top notch. Staff strives to make you comfortable in every possible way. Takes care of your preferences, likes and dislikes - right from the bell desk, reception, restaurant staff, managers, housekeeping, room service.

We have stayed in Pride Hotel in other cities for practical reasons, they are in proximity to the airport. This one is 5-10 minutes drive. Like the other Pride chain, they allow one wifi per person. An outdated policy, as these days most of the traveler would have a smart phone and tablet. It took them a few hours to 'fix' the request and some IT person has to waste time in our room. The resturant plays music that is too loud for comfort, however live singing was soothing and entertaining. Service staff could not speak English, run out of lamb, chicken is dried and tasteless. Chef's standard is low. Sound insulation of room is poor, until 11 pm+ we still can hear loud disco music from outside. One of the worst Pride Hotel among others.

I have stayed at Hotel Pride Nagpur and over all experience with hotel was ok. Considering the branches of the same hotel in other cities (i.e. Bangalore) the hotel in Nagpur is very old and no so maintained. The rooms are very spacious but needs to be maintained better. Location of the hotel is a plus point as this is very near from airport. The service and staff of the hotel is not up to the mark as expected by name "Pride". The hotel management needs to look the gaps and improvement is possible.

Stayed here from March 16 to Mach 17, 2018. Room No 405. Here are my observations: The Property: ============================================ Located very close to the airport but far away from the city. But a great place to stay in case you wish to catch early morning flights. A beautiful large sized green swimming pool. A star attraction. The Room: ============================================ 1) A medium sized angular room. Fair leg space. No complaints. 2) A king size bed. Lumpy pillows but a good thick mattress. Average sleep quality. 3) One oversized chair and one small centre table. A normal chair and a writing table too. 4) Excellent cityscape view from the windows. No obstruction by any high-rises – a beautiful open view. 5) A fairly large bathroom area. A Bath tub affair. Enclosed by a curtain – a half-length curtain (a poor decision) which caused some water spillage outside. Basic frills in the bathroom. Herbal shampoo. Herbal shower gel. No shaving mirror. No weighing scale. A Hairdryer present. Clean linen. No Pressure pumped water from the shower, but the shower was itself a multi flow one. 6) 32 inch Sharp LCD TV. Didn’t check for HD Channels. 7) Well lit room with ample yellow light lamps. No complaints there. 8) Two 1000 ml bottled mineral water complimentary. Way to go. 9) The wi fi failed. Poor connectivity. 10) The AC was okay. The Platter: ============================================ The buffet breakfast was good too. A decent spread – though an eclectic mix of both Indian and European, to satisfy both palates. An array of cut fruits and salads and bean sprouts. Milk shake, “Cane” Orange juice, Mix Fruit Fresh Juice (Not so great). Curd and flavoured yogurt. Idli and Medu wada Aloo Paratha. Choole Puri Live omelette counter. Baked beans, Porridge, American pan cakes. Chicken salami, Chicken sausage, Chicken stew. Pork ham, Boiled eggs The Personalised attention: ============================================ I had expressed my wish to speak to the General Manager about the property. That, sadly, didn’t happen. The Postlude: ============================================ If the location is not a problem, absolutely. The PS: ============================================ Too cumbersome to add pics here, you can find them elsewhere.

Have booked banquet for wedding function, overall service is very professional! Staff was helpful and courteous, Food was good, Lighting and amenity was good Thanks pride hotel for making event a successful one.

Pride Nagpur is one of my favorite place top stay whenever i visit Nagpur. As always all the staffs in front office & restaurant are helpful and friendly - many of them are old and known and it was good to see recognizing and exchanging pleasantries .The best part is the staff who is always there for you to help what ever is required be it at reception be it at restaurants, the most efficient staff with. This makes me very comfortable and happy too. Room services are good as before -Services and facilities are also good. But this time i had to see a big deterioration in housekeeping and quality of food _WIFI doesn't work most of time. Unclean rooms Dirty Linen and toilet facilities are very bad. This needs immediate improvement because slowly house keeping is going down and standard does not match it upto the name they deserve. Mainly toilet is the worst hit which was in dire need of renovation and should provide clean linens. The room we were given was spacious but had seen better days, as was the bathroom Its a pain to see the falling standard and wish to see the corrective action before i visit again next time.

The pride hotel nagpur is good for stay. Staff are working helpful and friendly too. Room services are good and room also nice and good cleaning. Services and facilities are also good. Food are tasty.
