Raddisson is very good in satisfying customer preferences..thank u...happy to be ther next time...the food is excellent ...good taste and lucky to have that kind of food..since i am a food lover...!! From the very beginning they made me feel in home. Great lobby. Check in is very smooth and fast. They provide me good welcome drink. All the people is very very good and they are always caring of you.
Being Member Carlson Group Hotels I always prefer to stay in this hotel. I think this time I stayed in Jan this year which was almost after a gap of 5 months, as during my last visit they were completely occupied & I was not having any option other than staying elsewhere. Normally my experience with this hotel were always very nice... But I don’t know why this time I am very much disappointed.... I do think that in recent past their majority regular staff were not seen. The new team doesn’t appear much concerned about the treatment to guest. While check in, even having 3 front desk people available they were not even looking at newly arrived guest... It was not that they were attending other guests... They were casual that’s all. After waiting 10 minuets I myself introduced them & inform that I have prior reservation with them. After searching it they completed formalities ( In fact we reached their hotel by their vehicle only having known our arrival time the forms were not ready to expedite the process which is expected). After checked in I have been told to wait for some time as,as per them my reserved room was higher categories & they need to search room for me in that category, having known that we have arrived at airport & reached hotel only after almost 25 minutes to hotel.. ( Their guest receiving person can inform names to Front desk in advance immediately after picking us) I have other complaints too but I think no point in highlighting it ... This time I had very bad experience at almost every stage. I think seriously there is some issues with training of this staff of 5 star category Hotel, or else the management must have changed the style of functioning...? They need to improve on guest relationships & etiquette to serve guest when they have 5 star hotel.... I myself who appreciates in past don’t need to criticise them unless I notice severe change in staff behaviour & my harsh comments are only for betterment of them only, otherwise everyone have other options open.... Hope that I will find some improvement in future. Officially also I informed their duty manager before checking out about this & I told him that, my this time review on trip advisor will be reflections of my experience & which they may not like.... Anyways who receives appreciation they have to accept criticisms... All the best....
good location and food. need to improve on services. not very good rates for the stay. some more can be added.front office is good but need to improve on efficiency. good cleanliness and food quality at Chinese restaurant need improvement. too salty food.
Had to stay here for a night- and was really disappointed. The check-in staff was rude, and wouldn't accept our identification documents, saying they wouldn't check us in. The floor manager, however, was helpful, and got us sorted out. After this, we had another issue- our floor (a non-smoking floor) was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke, which is not nice. However, the room wasn't bad- clean and spacious. Asian restaurant was good too. Only stayed for one night, unlikely to be going back.
I went for a business trip and my stay was awesome,I highly recommend this hotel to all the people travelling to Nagpur,well maintained with great hospitality, amazing team ready to help you in any time, they have wonderful rooms specious,cleaned,great food in all the restaurants and service, you must try this hotel.
This hotel is horrendous. Check-in was pure chaos as the hotel didn't have enough clean rooms to check-in all the guests. The hotel doesn't tell you this, rather the front desk is on the phone while checking you. THEN when they did have a room for you they didn't care what your reservation was booked for they gave you whatever they had, in my case this was a smoking room and a room with the occupied light illuminated. When I went back downstairs they told that's all they had available and that they don't believe the room is actually occupied that the light was probably just left on. When I explained that I have severe allergies to cigarette smoke and could not possibly stay in the hotel if this is the only room available I was referred to the Duty Manager. The Duty Manager was a lovely gal who worked diligently to find me a room. After several calls to (to housekeeping I assume) she advised that I would have a non-smoking room but needed to wait 20-30 minutes (which I gladly did). After a brief wait I was given an non-smoking room. The good news is the room is well appointed, however the bad news is there was a terrible odor that smelled like foul milk. This was coming from the air conditioning vent so instead of dealing with a horrible smell I turned off the a/c and slept in a warm room. One of the few nice things about the hotel was the wonderful ladies who sang in the lounge every night. They were very friendly even went they weren't performing. I ran into them in the lobby one afternoon and spoke with them for quite a while. Went back to see them perform that evening and they kept the crowd entertained. Check-out was uneventful but also not very warming or appreciative of my business. When I checked out I was simply handed my folio without a thank you or have a pleasant trip. If I'm ever in Nagpur I doubt I would stay at this hotel unless it was the last one available.
The hotel staff was accommodative and cooperative. Stay was comfortable. I was keen to visit various facilities and hotel staff was courteous to explain the same to me. The help during Check in was provided by Ms Karishma she was courteous. I wanted little late check out , my colleague Mr M K Jha who stayed before , informed me that I can make request for check out at 2.00 pm same was honoured . Overall a nice experience
Fantastic and ideal location. Mouth watering food. Well appointed rooms. Cooperative staff. enough amenities. Very well hygienic and good ambience. In all good value for money. I am club carlson member but no body identified or bother to the same. Except this it was a nice stay with them.
Amazing property... superb !! Everything is perfect ... food.. staff...cleanliness ...rooms.. bathrooms.. Ideal for family or business. Best hotel in Nagpur for sure .. I stayed in executive suite . One of the best and spacious suites .. I can vouch for.
Great everything from food to spa to drinks to room to staff to restaurants to room service. Wonderfully well equipped and spacious room with impeccable cleanliness. Staff is ever ready to help with utmost courteous behaviours and friendly attitudes. A must stay property in Nagpur.
