Convenient, comfortable hotel with many amenities, good breakfast and excellent staff near Kanayama Station (1 stop from Nagoya Station). Rooms are larger than most basic Japanese hotels. Staff are very helpful and attentive. Shuttle to the station is also a plus.

The hotel is a bit far from the subway but they offer free shuttle up to 1030ish pm. The room was clean but follow eco something where they clean your room on the 3rd day of your stay. They change towels every day

Generally very good, typical of a Japanese business hitel fornthe budget minded. About a 15 minute walk to train station, not many dining options super close to hotel, and if you dont like a super hard matress maybe not for you.

いつもはレゴランドとレゴランドホテルがセットでしたが今回はホテル代を浮かせようと近場で探していたところ、春休みで金曜日という条件もありながらも破格で出て来たのがこちらのホテルでした。 即決ですぐに予約しました。 まだ築浅で外観も綺麗、チェックインも機械で出来るのがとてもスムーズでいいですね。 外で思いきり遊んで来て夜のチェックインなので本当にホテルライフを楽しむという目的でもなく、シャワーとベッドさえあれば朝まで寝るだけ！ 充分でした！！ いつものホテル1泊料金の8分の1ほどの料金で家族4人泊まれました。 8歳と4歳の子供は無料というのも本当にありがたかったですね。 さらには無料の朝食も大満足でした。 「中学いも」と記載された物がとても美味しくて何度もおかわりしていました。 小ぶりなサイコロサイズで蜜がしっかり絡まっているのですが、これが人気の中華いものようにカリカリ、サクサク、そして中はなめらかトロリ！ 朝食会場の女性スタッフの方も「コレ、おいしいでしょー？」と声をかけてくださり、部屋に沢山持って帰っていいですよ！と優しい心遣いも嬉しかったです。 おやつに車の中で食べた時には既に蜜もお芋もシナってしまいカリカリがなくなってしまったのがとても残念で。。。 次にまた出会えた時には会場で思う存分食べたいです。 いつでも飲めるコーヒー類に、持ち帰り用のカップの設置も本当に嬉しいですね。 子供の休みに合わせた家族旅行においてのホテル代って本当に高くなるし、テーマパークなどの日程が入っていると疲れ果ててしまって、実際にはホテルの中で過ごす時間ってお風呂と睡眠時間だけなんですよね。 贅沢する時と、節約したい時の使い分けに東横INNさんが候補に入りそうです。 こちらの東横INN名古屋金山さんにはぜひまた宿泊したいです。 我が家の夕食は近所のスシローでした。

バスルームの清掃は問題ありです。タオルは交換されているものの、いたるところ埃まくりで、（誰のものかわからない）縮れ毛もそのまま。まともに清掃がされているとは思えませんでした。その他のサービスはまずまずだっただけに、とても残念です。
