個別のキッチン以外に、共用スペースにもミニキッチンがあり、ひと通りの食器や調理器具が揃っていました（電子レンジ・トースター・包丁・まな板・フライパン・食器・洗剤などなど）。共用部の洗濯機・乾燥機は１台なので混雑時は順番待ちになりますが、無料で使えました。無料wi-fiは２系統あり、快適に使えました。
