For a family of 3 adults the room was spacious. Seems to have in existence for long, and the age is telling. Great location, close to the station. Parking space was a challenge and we had to shell out more for parking than for the hotel. For travellers arriving by car, the hotel location is a challenge.

Location

Location was excellent! Less than 5 min walk to Nagoya Station on the Sakura-dori side. If the airport line Meitetsu extra few min walk. Many shops and restaurants around. The hotel is a bit worn out and old fashioned. Still use a key with keyring for the room. Provides slippers and toothbrush etc. For the price and location I would stay here again only in autumn or winter because this hotel doesn’t have cold air conditioning. Not sure what happens in summer. Also the wifi was no good. There’s free wifi but pretty much useless, don’t even bother.

Compact Room In A Fantastic Location

This is a typical Japanese business hotel - compact sized room, no frills, located just across the road from a major train interchange (Nagoya station) and plenty of shops (Takashimaya, JR Gate Tower, Midland Malls etc). Plenty of food options and there is a Family Mart just next door. The hotel still issues physical keys with a long keychain, which may be cumbersome to bring out if you do not have a bag.
