Very expensive for a budget hotel after requesting a non smoking room travelling with my daughter on a late arrival we were given the last room which was a smoking room stench was awful and made for a extremely uncomfortable unpleasant stay if this information had been relayed on booking we would never of booked! Emailed Expedia to complain as yet still awaiting a reply!!!!

Nice Business Hotel

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is the typical business hotel in Japan. The rooms were clean. The hotel also has coin laundry, and good WiFi in the rooms and public areas.

酒店一般 房间较小，床垫不是很舒服，房间设施较旧，还算干净，早餐不错，前台服务员态度很好 ，周围餐厅不多，还好酒店后面有间烧肉店很棒。下次有另的选择不再入住。

Smallest room i have ever been in.

Hotel interior was not bad but the room was just a little bigger than a bed and we couldnt even unpack our luggage. There was some funky smell, i think of a cleaning agent, and after turning on a fan I immediately got running nose( a lil dusty). Shower and sink use the same faucet so when wife is taking shower I couldn't use the sink. Room had wired internet. Breakfast was until 8.30 ( i think) so wake up early

Didn't have a choice but yo book a smoking room because the non-smoking ones were booked. Even so, my room smelled like an ash tray. An occasional window opening or air freshening would be good from time to time. Overall though, the hotel was fantastic, good breakfast spread, clean premises, courteous and helpful staff.

My top choice in Toyota city area

Having used this hotel for the last several years on business, I can say that it consistently delivers a comfortable stay. The staff have always been friendly, responsive and have even been extra supportive one time when I mixed my booking dates. Young male staff member has much to learn about customer service, but I suppose that is why he is there. Pay attention young man. A smile and a friendly voice is part of the job description.
