This fully equipped, non-smoking flat is located in the wonderful low mountain range, in a very quiet, almost secluded location close to the recreational and herbal village of Nagel with its natural swimming lake, marvellous sunbathing lawn and great fresh air. The "Hof Wiesengrund Alm", newly built with love and dedication, is a guarantee for a successful holiday combining many activities.



The 27 m², step-free accommodation offers a living/sleeping area with a king-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with shower/WC. WLAN, underfloor heating, satellite TV and a private terrace complete the offer.



A locked garage for cars and bikes - also with wallbox - is available for a fee. E-bikes can be hired.

Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are available.



The friendly, warming morning sun energises this accommodation.



The bathing pond belonging to the Alm (also textile-free) with a nudist sunbathing lawn and the own trout pond (fishing possibility) let not only the fish swim! The Landgasthof Steinkohl is within walking distance.



The ascent of the local mountain "Kösseine" (936 m) as well as many winding hiking trails with hut stops promise a great nature experience. For sport, health and culture, we recommend the cable car and toboggan runs as well as the cross-country ski trails on the "Ochsenkopf", the Tröstau golf course, the unique Luisenburg open-air festival, the Bohemian spa triangle with Marienbad, the nearby Weißenstadt thermal spa and the Kaisertherme Bad Elster. A visit to the Richard Wagner city of Bayreuth completes the colourful offer.

Es ist alles Top

Pros: Die Umgebung ist ein Traum, man kann sich nur wohlfühlen und richtig entspannen. Für Hunde super gut geeignet, Sam und Medi haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, rundherum Natur pur. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und nett. Die Ferienwohnung ist top eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Im Bett liegt man wie auf Wolken. Ein kleines Paradies auf Erden. Cons: Mir hat alles gefallen

Wunderbarer Ort zum verweilen.

Pros: Man öffnet die Terrassentür und steht im Grünen. Wiesen, ein Teich und der direkt angrenzende Wald sind ein Traum, vor allem für Gäste mit Hund. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Gastgeber sehr freundlich. Ich habe meinen nächsten Aufenthalt schon gebucht. Cons: Einziges Manko: Als Alleinreisende mit Hund sind die Kosten für die kleine Wohnung nicht ohne.

Was für ein Apartment auf einem herrlich großen Grunstück

Pros: Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen: so unglaublich authentische Gastgeber in einem Reich der Ruhe und Gelassenheit. Unser Hund konnte auf dem riesigen Gelände genug Auslauf bekommen. Für diesen Preis ein kleines Paradies zu erhalten, sowohl menschlich als auch materiell, ist phänomenal. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, das steht fest! Cons: Es gibt rein gar nichts.

Alles läd zum verweilen ein.

Pros: Zum Grundstück gehörend große Wiesen, ein Naturbadeteich und ein Wald. Sehr ruhig und viel Natur. Super für Hunde. :-) Einige Wanderwege in der Umgebung, sowie Seen und gut Bürgerliches Essen (natürlich auch anderes). Bayreuth ist ca 40min Autofahrt von dort entfernt.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub verbracht.

Pros: Uns hat die Lage vom Haus sehr gut gefallen, es ist etwas abseits und somit sehr ruhig. Wir haben wunderbar gut geschlafen, die Matratzen waren hervorragend. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Gastgebern empfangen, auch unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Cons: Leider gibt es keinen Backofen, ging aber auch so.
