Very clean room, neat and thoughtful touches in the room. Although not entirely modern finishes, extremely comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. I also appreciated the holiday decorations in the lobby, a beautifully adorned giant Christmas tree. My only recommendation is to install USB connections in the rooms for charging.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed out. The charm of the building & decor, the spacious room, the lovely staff. Only complaint is the super hard beds - resulting in minimal sleep and now ongoing back problems.

The Global view is a great luxury hotel. The room we had was very luxeriuos and was divided into two different parts: living & sleeping. It was clean and perfect. The hotel sports a caffe which provides excellent cappuccino and very good cakes and pastry. From the two high quality restaurants we chose to have dinner at the Japanese restaurant. The sushi chef & the kitchen provided us with high quality sashimi and sushi and hot dishes. The staff at the resumption desk was very friendly and welcoming. The parking garage provides convenient parking space. The Electric Tramway stops literally at the side entrance and provides transportation to most touristic sites. The Ropeway is in only a 20 minutes walking distance.

Nice large room, amenities, 10 minute walk from main station and right by a tram stop. You will definitely want to use the tram to get to a more vibrant part of town. Would probably stay here again if in town!

The hotel is about 10 mins walk from Nagasaki station - easiest option is to go out the West exit, turn right and continue walking straight, cross the road (walking past the car park) and continue going until you get to the underpass then cross the road and turn right (walking under the underpass and turn left at the end and straight on (walking over a little bridge) and the hotel is on the right side of the road. The hotel is also literally next to a tram stop, so convenient for exploring the city if you don't want to walk. The room is very spacious and the single twin beds were each small doubles. Going into the hotel lobby is like stepping back in time with a huge grand piano and plenty of seating. This is a vintage hotel with all the trimmings. The staff were great, we arrived too early to check in so left our luggage with them while we went exploring, when we got back it had already been moved into the room. It's not the most modern room and the bathroom could do with updating, but all the basics were there. Nice PJs were provided. There was even a separate section in the room bin for plastic bottles. There is a 24hr Family Mart downstairs, so great for stocking up on snacks. The onsen is large and can fit about 30 people, just remember to take your own towels from the room. Breakfast had a good selection of Japanese and Western dishes (vouchers provided at check-in) and best of all a good selection of fresh fruit.

Large clean rooms. Good location between the train station and Stadium City with lots of food options and a brewery within 3-4 blocks. The breakfast was excellent. There is a 24 convenience store accessible from the lobby and a tram & bus stop outside.

This was a place that we didn't know we needed. The beds were a little harder than we usually have but honestly we didn't even mind. Breakfast was also amazing! Worth every penny!

Great at the Nagasaki Globe

The room was a very good size very comfortable, a tad dated but dont let that put you off, the pillow's were a little small. But the staff were excellent and the onsen was spot on. We will come back.

Glamour in Nagasaki

So glamorous, but affordable at the same time. The staff are very polite and professional, and wouldn't let a second pass before hurrying to help you. Very elegant, impressive lobby. Spledid views from the wide room window. Very spacious and comfortable room. I recommend having breakfast at least once, if not included, even just for the view from the 15th floor. Very conveniently located in the town center, near the station and by the streetcar stop. I couldn't recommend it enough
