Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. お風呂やプールにタオルがありません

大浴場にはタオルが無く部屋のタオルを持って行くようにとの事ですが、お風呂にタオルが置かれてないホテルは聞いた事がないですし、とても不便で不衛生です。 プールにもタオルが置かれてなかったのですが、部屋に置かれた一枚のバスタオルで過ごせというのは対応が悪すぎると思います。

2泊で滞在しましたが、1泊目の夜に自動車で外出。ホテルの戻った後、QRコードのレシートを1度使用した旨伝えると、別のQRシートを渡されたが、発行日付が私のチェクインよりも前のものであり、不審に思いチェックアウト時にロビーで、念のためそのチケットで出られるのか尋ねたところロビーの女性は大丈夫と返答。　実際には出庫時に未精算と表示されインターホンで説明しゲートオープン。　念のため尋ねたのに少々残根でした。

あまりに広大な施設で移動の大変さもあるが、スタッフの対応が行き届いていた。ジップラインが楽しかった。5Fの部屋だったがスタジアムが見える部屋の大半を企業が押さえて反対側の山側であったのが残念だった。

居心地の良い便利なホテルです

広々とした廊下や部屋でとてもリラックスできました。スタジアムビューの部屋を選んだので、テラスからの眺望が素晴らしく、正面に見える稲佐山含めてとてもいい景色でした。部屋に中のスペースが広いので、シーズンオフの静かな時期ならこもっての仕事利用にもおすすめです。また駐車場を安価で利用できるホテルなので、レンタカーをしてハウステンボスや佐世保、平戸などや松浦の島嶼部までアクセスする人のスタート地点やゴール地点のホテルとしてもおすすめです。朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。
