main door access code was not easy to get as the instructions was not clear and straightforward for that, no staff could help at that time which was in the pretty cold night, there was no air cond. inside untill we entered the room, and the hot shower water was not supplied after 3rd family member finish it that 2 families couldn't take a shower in that cold night
