Heart of Mystic Flat

Newly renovated apartment in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Maximum of 2 people allowed. All guests must be at least 27 years of age. No parties allowed on premises. Pets not allowed. No smoking on premises.

Unit 4 is located on the second floor and offers the following layout and amenities:

This was our 3rd time staying at this pristine property which is wonderfully appointed with everything you might need. The bed is very comfortable with high quality linens and plenty of towels are provided. As if that isn't enough, the location can't be beat. Quality place inside and out. Everything needed for a stay was provided. Communication with host was prompt and helpful. Everything was exactly as describe. Within walking distance of downtown Mystic with many food and shopping options. Grocery store was a short drive and easy to get to.

This is our second stay (4 nights) at this location. Yet again, Mike made everything just amazing for us. Mike, the owner, stayed in touch and met us at the unit ( on a cold, snowy night ). Very personable guy! The apartment was clean, well decorated, and warm. We walked back and forth through the shops and restaurants of Mystic. Parking off the street. Washer, dryer and dishwasher! I don’t have a sour note. Recommend this rental without reservation.

Just an amazing stay. Tks so much to Michael for his hospitality even greeting us to help get us checked in, making suggestions and even checking in w us during our travels on the day of arrival. The flat is well appointed, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The finishes, appliances and mattress, linens are of excellent quality. Thank you for no overpowering scents in the air or on any of the linens!!! Michael provided everything necessary in the bathroom, and all toiletries were of good quality! This flat is truly within walking distance to anything downtown Mystic! We rested well before setting out on the next leg of our trip. We will be back! Another Fabulous Stay

This was our 3rd stay at this location and it did not disappoint. Mike (the property manager) is a pleasure! He effectively communicates and wants to ensure that our stay is as pleasant as possible. The property (like our previous stays) was so clean and the accommodations are wonderful! In addition, there is onsite parking, and the property location is fabulous and walkable to downtown Mystic.
