This was Dasara time and some dignitaries were staying in the hotel which meant lot of police around and a hassle for parking, pickup and drop at the hotel. Otherwise we always have great time at this hotel and are regulars.

The hotel was booked for my elderly parents who are 86 and 77 years of age. Two days prior to their stay, the hotel sent a Covid virus related warning, and a waiver about the hotels’ responsibility. When the risks were too high for our health compromised parents,and we wished to cancel the booking, they refused to give a refund. Not really interested in their facilities, because their response to our concerns speaks volumes. A very irresponsible and uncaring attitude towards our older community, and not a venue I would recommend to anyone for a hotel of this standard.

Really amazing. Four days of comfort (great beds and rooms) , had business room with Mountain View and longe access. Worth paying extra. Great breakfast, amazing staff throughout, room, lounge, breakfast, gym, taxi service to Bandipur, sauna, travel desk etc. Don’t know how they can offer this service and quality at such a good price. Far exceeded expectations. Pool area lovely but only downside is hotel is surrounded by busy roads so headphones helped to relax! Highly recommend and I don’t say this often!

Everything was great, first we have some issue with the room with kids , Most of the rooms have glass table which was obstruction for my little one then Simon helped us and upgraded to Junior suite, which was quite comfortable for small kids to play and bigger.
