Panoramic views that go on for miles can be seen in both directions from this top floor end unit in an elevator building offers that "penthouse floor" feeling. Only 4 stories in the building, and you are on the 4th. Very spacious one bedroom/one bath that comes completely furnished - dishes, linens, cookware and more! The bath is a jack-and-jill style from the master to the hallway with vanity and sink in master bedroom/and vanity-sink in the bathroom. Unit offers plenty of light, an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, and plenty of extra storage in the Master bedroom. View from the balcony. Laundry facilities available on the 2nd floor at no cost. And it's just steps to the beach!is fabulous.

Perfect beach getaway with a breathtaking ocean view!

Another great stay

This was out third time staying here, and we again loved it. It's truly our favorite property to rent in Myrtle Beach. We had a lovely week - great weather and the condo is exactly as advertised. Very comfortable bed and you cannot beat the views! Thanks once again - we'll be back.

Perfect place to get away

Great location

Second time staying at this location. There was an issue with the AC. Owner responded in a reasonably short time frame with a repair man scheduled after our check out. However, the weather was beautiful and cool enough that we enjoyed the breeze on the balcony to the sound of the waves. We will stay there again in the future.

This was a perfect spot for us. It was quiet and the people here were very nice. The place was clean and cozy. Living room/kitchen modernized. Loved the chairs on the balcony. It was helpful to have beach chairs/umbrella to use. Check-in was easy with the code. Shared Laundry room was clean. Would come back.

SC Getaway Stay

The weather was good. No crowds. No washer/dryer but that's ok. Well apportioned place though. Great views from balcony. Two sinks in bath area beats no washer/dryer. Lots of extras left for our use (could have used tissues). Quiet. Convenient to beach and a short drive to places. Very comfortable. The wide kitchen counter was appreciated. We'd stay again here. Pool was closed but that's ok.

North Myrtle august 2024 condo stay!

Pros: Great location! Owners have put a lot of work into modernizing the condo and it shows! It was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It had beautiful view from the deck over looking the beach. Good beach location…it wasn’t too crowded! Not shown in listing, but it has both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker. Con: Not a huge deal, but…..While the condo had almost everything you needed, I was surprised it didn’t have a big pot and a strainer for making pasta. There were only two small, about 2 qt size pots. However, there were 2 bigger skillets, so I managed to break spaghetti noodles into smaller pieces and cooked them in one of the skillets. I heated meatballs and spaghetti sauce in the other skillet. A couple bigger pots would have been helpful.

Sept Stay

Spent a week here Sept 15th-22nd. Property is as advertised, building very quiet at this time of year. The condo is very nice, everything worked as it should, bed was very very comfortable. View from the balcony is very impressive, great place for morning coffee. We had a great week and would look to stay here again in the future.
