Mar Vista Grande is nice, but this specific condo needs updating
The property was clean, and to us that is the most important thing. The second and third most important things are comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen. On both of those fronts, this unit needs some updating. All beds in the unit were slept on and everyone sleeping in them complained about their discomfort. Supplies in the kitchen need to be replaced - it was missing some basic supplies like cookie sheets and measuring cups. All the furniture is old and needs to be replaced - particularly the living room furniture. The furniture on the balcony are the cheap plastic kind. All of that to say, we still had a nice time. The check in and out process went smoothly. We just wanted to make sure that future renters understand what they are getting when they rent this place. I think that with the price point where it is, the owners should periodically update and re-invest in the property.
