Strong foul odor

Not sure if it was dog urine. mildew or mold but it hit us all the minute we walked through the door. After dropping down the Murphy bed, the floor was full of dust so thick it was gross right where your head would go. The sofa bed is broken. Your head sinks down. After opening both sliders and blasting the fans, the odor dissipated somewhat. It's really too bad. The place looks recently painted and bath remodeled. I didn't expect the horrible smell. Either fire the cleaners or invest in really good air fresheners. My husband stayed one night then left as he couldn't handle the odor. The rest of us dealt with it but kept doors open as much as possible to let clean air in. Something you couldn't do if it's too hot or too cold out. Besides that, we enjoyed the location, the pool, the beach and the on-site restaurant.

winter getaway

The place was clean. The only complaint I have is the elevators, the north tower had three elevators and most of the time only one was working which made for a lengthy wait. If you were lucky there would be two working never three. Had a good time and good food, we will return.
