The place was very clean and had a beautiful view. I actually thought this was an apartment and not a hotel room. When the information speaks of a dishwasher and clothes washer, you tend to believe that the room is larger. We brought food to prepare and found two cups and a knife. This is not the host's fault; I must have not read into the information deep enough.

Everything about the accommodations was perfect. And Island Vista is second to none. I’ve stayed there for years and it’s the only place I will go. BUT….if I had to find one thing I’d like to see changed, it would be the fact that the carts to carry our luggage to and from the unit were not available.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Island Vista was nice, however, we were surprised when we got here that there was no washing machine and dryer (as stated in the rental agreement to put linens in front of) No dishwasher, coffee cups etc. There was a coffee pot and a toaster. The rental agreement was misleading for the amount of money that was spent. There was a bistro table and chair in the room but unsure as to why, no kitchenette. We made due and did enjoy the beach and the getaway. In the future we will contact a resort directly instead of going through someone online. Last question below would we recommend the property, yes, but to contact the resort directly. Best regards.
